MPNP EOI-SW (Expression of Interest - Skilled Workers) - 1st Batch 2015

Hi guyz,

I received my LAA in december,i uploaded all my documents and filled up the application,I have a question regarding one of my certification that I just completed and when i was adding it in my education history i got confused what should i select in the "Program Completed" menu ,the certification is a short course of 70 Hours.

I would appreciate the help.

Hello! Need your opinion regarding general exploratory visit. Will it affect my application in MPNP (manitoba support) if I apply in exploratory visit? Do I need to delete my entry or keep it while applying in exploratory visit? My score is quite low as I only have a friend connection, and exploratory visit is giving me new hope, well somehow. I'm in the healthcare field and I feel my chances are still on the down side. Thanks!

Hello House,this is my first post anyway, I must commend all of u for the good work you are doing, may GOD HELP US ALL....PLS sirs and mas I need a good break down of d Manitoba pnp.....I submitted my EOI on 25th dec 2015,received LAA on 13th jan 2016 am yet to submit my full application cos of so many issues like;;
1.My certificate is not ready from school they gave me TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN am now confused if mpnp will accept that in place of certificate??? But I have my Transcript
2.In d EOI I chose close relative as my connection to Manitoba which gave me 200points, now when I called my sis in Manitoba she said she is my first cousin removed which is not regarded as a close relative but as a distant relative she now gave me two options 1.she will sign for me as a distant relative or friend which is against what I chose in d EOI or if there is a way we can manipulate it so she can be my aunt or cousin which I don't know if its possible???
Lastly,what are d supporting documents they will ask her if shes signing for ma as my aunt or cousin as in the proof of close ties???

pls guyz I will be very grateful for your fast response cos I wish to submit my full app before 31st of jan.

1.Your to whom should be sufficient,would make more sence if you have your credential assessed
2.is the person in manitoba your sister or your cousin?if its your cousin,just decline the LAA. For cousin relationship,you need to provide birth certificate of both parents and either marriage/birth certificate of your sponsor

I have completed 10-Years Secondary + 2-Years Higher Education. Then after I have done 3-Years Diploma (not Degree) in Software Engineering.

As, on the Expression of Interest page, I am lying in one of the two options in Factor 4: Education:

• One post-secondary program of three years or more
• One post-secondary program of two years

While submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI), the following two options are given:

*What is your highest level of education?

• Two year post-secondary certificate
• Three or more year post-secondary degree

Comparing the above two matches, which option should I select in submitting the Expression of Interest (EOI). Please help in detail.

"2-Years Higher Education. Then after I have done 3-Years Diploma (not Degree) in Software Engineering." = Two post-secondary programs of at least two years each

Assuming that you finished both.

Factor 4: Education

Education Points are based on documented proof of completed education and /or training programs at recognized education institutions. A completed program is one for which you have met all requirements and received a certificate, diploma or degree.

legaleagle, has MPNP already sent a confirmation e-mail to your supporter that the SP2 has been received?

Friend, we are having the same problem. My supporter submitted the SP2 on Dec, 28th and after 11 days we have got no confirmation. I asked my supporter to resend the e-mail today mentioning the file number on the e-mail, just in case it makes easier the association of the application with the SP2. I will let you know if it works this time.

Any Form of education after ur secondary (high school) is regarded as post-secondary. The option for you is Three yrs or more of post secondary education since u have spent 3 yrs obtaining a diploma certificate

MPNP normally acknowledge receipt of the SP2 in a few days. After almost two weeks without a confirmation e-mail, we got in touch and were told to do the following:

1. Indicate the file number on the e-mail
2. Reduce the PDF file size to less than 2MB

Then, after 4 days we received AOR.
