CIC received my application on 01.09.2016
Just noticed today (i.e. 15.12.2016) on my CIC account my application number has changed from XEPxxxxxx to EPxxxxxx.
The Review of Eligibility status has changed to "Review in Progress".

Have not got any email like many other applicants. Is it normal?

There is a post about linking application, unable to find it now. But that post has a detailed document

I have listed steps to link your PNP Paper Application to CIC Online

(1) Go to this below listed link
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/mycic.asp
(2) Click on continue to Gckey
(3) If You've already account created, login with your Username and Password otherwise Click on Sign up to go on next page and create your username, password and security questions.
(4) After creating my CIC account, click link application to this account.
(5) Then select category as Permanent Resident and subcategory as Province nominee and extension.
(6) Then select Family name, given name and date of birth option.
(7) Fill your family name(surname), given name and date of birth as per Passport or Application form.
(8.) Next in applicant personal info panel fill Passport information only and DO NOT FILL CITY AND COUNTRY OF BIRTH.
(9) Select applicant's Current country of residence (For example, if your spouse currently living in India, Please select India)
(10) Select Current marital Status
(11) Once you fill all information, Click on Search for my application
(12) Your application will be found and can be linked.
(13) You can get real time updates on your paper application online.

Application number is the UCI number ONLY! please check with others also

Application no is different. It starts with EP.........
While uci contains numerals only.

Hello, I would like to apply for MPNP. I computed my points if I'm eligible to apply and I got more than 60 points, however, I don't have Connection to Manitoba which I believe a requirement even if you pass a score of 60. I also found out that you can also do Exploratory Visit which is given by Manitoba. Intake is closed for 2016 based on their website, but would like to ask how can I apply or request for Exploratory Visit? I did not find any similar information on how to apply for EV thru their website.

Is there anyone here who has undergone exploratory visit? Hope you can share it.

Hi, yes, I saw that in Manitoba website but 2016 is closed already. I'm not sure when will it be open for 2017. Have you got the chance to be invited for Exploratory Visit? How and where to request? Thanks.

I would request for expert opinion on signing the Forms and Papers during submitting application to CIC.

1. I have signed once in the signature box and dated in the last page of Generic Application form/Back ground declaration form. Is it ok? or I have to sign on the footer of each page?
2. Supplementary Information (Travel) form does not have any signature box. Don't I need to sign on the form?
3. Do I need to sign on the check list or just checking in the relevant boxes will suffice.
