please not too sure of this your information, i have seen people who get pending status change within 5months. it does not follow suite the way you have mentioned it.

Yes that is what is really happening
because I have seen some 11th draw
status change

IF u r outland applicant it takes more than 6 months and if u r inland it takes 2-4 months. currently they are processing 16th draw from inland and 10-11 draw from outland .

I applied under skilled worker overseas and status is still received. Should I go for ECA?

Which type of ECA is required for my application if I go for it. Please suggest me.

Guys can someone please clarify regarding applying through Express Entry (EE) after receiving nomination letter.

Do we need to have a EE profile when we filled our EOI? I don't have a profile so that means i wont have a chance to apply through EE if i get a nomination letter?

Also how do we know of we qualify for express entry sub-stream of MPNP?

I hope you can answer my queries.

You don't need an EE profile for Mpnp. EE by Manitoba is at the discretion of Mpnp.

but in addition to it...
Please confirm if we are supposed to furnish all the documents as well.......
like.. Jobs, period of unemployment, study, vacations,... etc...

you don't need a specific don't, just fill in the declaration form as advices. The only document I submitted is my ielts, pcc and nomination letter. Just go by your document checklist don't add what's not listed.
