Police Certificates and Clearances

You must get a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six or more months in a
row since the age of 18. You are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the
CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO
without them. However, we strongly recommend that you take steps to obtain your police certificates now to avoid
future delays. You must be ready to submit them when requested by an officer.

Should we submit PCC with CIC Application or when the CIC Officer ask later for it? Please let my know what is suitable and most practiced by the MPNP candidates?

submit your PCC Now,as its in the checklist,the clause is only applicable if you have lived in different countries

Hi noorulhuda, as you can see above, sending your PCC(s) with your application package is recommended but you may still send your application to the CIO
without them. In my case I followed the latter.

May I know how long do you think you'll have the PPC(s) available with you based on the processing time frame(s) published by the Police Department(s)? If it'll take some few days then, I suggest just wait for it and submit it with your application to CIO. However, if it'll take a month or so, then submit your application without the PCC(s).

I have more than seven years experience in Administrative officers. But I am poor inn language : L- 5, W-5.5,R-4.5 & S 6.5. I had applied on 25th May 2015 and Again Submitted today due to expire. My total score is 454.How to increase this score for 550? Please I need your valuable suggestion?

As the language section and adaptability section carries higher amount of scores, my suggestion will be you concentrate on those area. You can improve your IELTS score. Now you are getting 68 for CLB level 5 score. You have the chance to get 88 if you improve your language to CLB level 7. Achieving higher English proficiency not only helps you in immigration process, but also to establish yourself in the new country. Also look for a close relative who is residing in Manitoba. If not found, Look for a friend connection who lives outside Winnipeg. establishing yourself out of Winnipeg will provide you extra 50 score. Calculate if fulfilling all of these steps can give you a score around 540 (which is less than min score of last 1 year). If it does than you are good to go. If it does not you can look for other PNP programs like Saskatchewan. They are still accepting applications without job offer. You can search for Saskatchewan PNP in google, or other threads of CANADA visa forum. Hope this information will help you to realize your dream. Best of luck.

sejal m shah NO CHANCE.....Its just wasting time and years on this.... My friend told life is very hard in CANADA so think thrice before reaching there.... I have withdrawn my application & now recently got work Visa for other country rather wasting years on MPNP.... Life is very important & can't waste years on this...I am happy with God's decision...GOOD LUCK...

Actually, I am planning and preparing for the collection of documents to submit them to CIC. I haven't any idea of the availability period of PCC when applied for it, but I will follow your suggestion accordingly.

I also feel same. What i am doing is waste of time because my score is 454.I need to think other.

Dear Bhaktapur,

Even one of my friend who just got settled in ottawa has the same experience. She was working in MNC in India and she had around 5 years of work experience in clinical research.
She moved to ottawa and she is still searching job and it is very difficult to get part time jobs also it seems... anyways.

Everybody in this forum are mature enough to make their decisions so please do not react to my post as it is merely an opinion however I sincerely request you to respond to it in case you have better information.
as we all are looking forward towards the immigration and we have built our imagination based on input given by our other friends/family members who are settled there.

I request you all to share your storied if you have any....

I 've got LAA in draw# 17 and want to lodge full application online.
Seniors, Please advise on following questions:
1. My real sister (living since over 2 years in Manitoba) is sponsoring me. None of us have got Birth Certificates. Please
advise what other document we can submit to prove my familial relationship between brother and sister.
2. Is there any time limit for (since how many month) funds be setting available in banks at the time of Online Application? In other words how old the fund should be in bank at online application time?
3. Can we scan and send original documents in colour without notarized certification.? Or they need to be photo copied in colour
and then notary certified before sending along with application.
4. Once we started online application, can we partially fill over few days and submit once completed OR we must have complete and submit in one sitting (once started)?
5.From where can we download Settlement Plan 1 ?
6. What is the current processing time for MPNP skilled workers Overseas?
7. Can someone please post complete list of Documents and Certificate to be included in MPNP full online Application?
