I have been nominated from manitoba but i dont have WPSL. My employer is not willing to pay compliance fee. I am in open work permit.
And need an extension of work permit.
So what can I do?

Not much you can do if your employer is unwilling to support you.

Does the screenshot need to have their application id relating to my application or just the amount of $230 paid by the credit card is sufficient as proof?

The amount will show some kind of name where card has been used. It should be sufficient.
