MPNP - EIO not showing correct adaptability score

So I was about to submit my EOI and was just reviewing my answers for the last time. Found out "No" was entered on the question asking if I've been working full-time for the same employer for the last six months (which is incorrect). But when I returned to questionnaires to fix it, there was no such question available to enter my answers. Also, my review page shows "00000 - Other" as an answer for my current occupation, and I can't fix that because the question is not on the website.

How can I revise my answers (technically not even my answers because I didn't enter that) before submitting EOI when MPNP website doesn't show me the questions?

There is no way to update that as it is recorded as your profile. You will need to wothdraw that one and create a new one
