Hi my brother got the LAA IN DRAW 40 . Now while filling the application . It keeps on giving error in employment section of forms and documents that the “full time work experience is less than as specified in EOI SW “ experience is as followed
- June 2012 to April 2013
- April 2013 to June 2016
- June 2016 to Nov 2017

In EOI SW it’s mentioned as 5 years . It’s actually more than 5 years but still giving error that it’s less than what mentioned in EOI. Don’t know what to do about it . Anybody experiencing same issue and has got the solution please suggest what to do ? Thank you .

It is counting as per Nov you applied in, if experience of 5 years is in different noc it will give that error

I have a huge problem, I don't know, maybe not. Well the thing is that after I sent the complete application to MPNP, my IELTS expired and my EE profile became not eligible. I already retook the test and I'll have the results in 12 days from now but when I recreate my profile I'll get a new EE number.
So the question is, can I inform of this change later to the MPNP? The website give me the possibility to update certain thingslike address, dependents, etc...but it doesn't allow me to change other details. Should I write to the MPNP by email? Will this cause further problems?
I am very worried with this issue!

If you are still waiting for LOA, I guess you can send email later on once you get the IELTS result and get a new EE Number.

From now, you can just send them email and ask your questions and clarifications. inform them that you have retaken your ielts and waiting for results.

i got my ee profile expired while waiting for loa and i just sent them my new ee number by email. few weeks after, i got my loa. dont be afraid to send them email. they are quite accommodating in answering questions and clarifications.
