It might be irrelevant here but i really need advice in this regard.
I intend to sponsor my brother for MPNP. His current scenario is as below
1. Married but divorce under process. It was asked by the wife and the matter is in the court.
2. Have three children, all minor.
Now, with regards to this situation, which documents wud he need to submit? I believe imm5604 is one of them. What else does he need? Wud he b needing a proper custody agreement? Or the declation by the wife on imm5604 wud b enuough?
