Hi leolea! Thank you.. I just got my LOA emailed yesterday. It was approved last Nov. 30. Regarding your question, during process you just have to wait for email or call from mpnp officer.

draw 35 in Manitoba, my status is complete this week.
all done.

do not worry about that.
your case will be done soon.
website said that 3-6 months for all processing.
I heard that it sepends on date of visa expired.

my visa will be expired on last of January 2018

as you know, case by case.

some people changed thier satus first,
in process -> phone call

some people
still pending
-> phone or e-mail interview

there is not a correct answer.
