Dear All,

January 16, 2011 They received my application
April 30, 2011 I received a reply dated April 16, 2011 need IELTS SCORE,
CURRENT EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE (coz my previous working visa valid till Feb 12, 2012)
3 MONTHS BANK HISTORY
* I didnt received AOR but there is File Number indicated in the letter.

May 26, 2012 I took the IELTS exam waiting for the result on June 9, 2012 ( hoping for the best so I can submit the documents ASAP)

or MPNP office under General Stream ?

And you applied online ?

Once again you applied on jan 16 2011 got AOR on april 30 2011 with IELTS request. you gave IELTS on 26 May 2012 and now waiting for the results.

Thats almost one year gap between the request and the IELTS exam are you sure ?

Sorry its 2012 both..my auntie was the one who dropped my application in the visa office in winnipeg.. i applied under economic program, category: provincial nominee.. is it the same as family stream?

As per the band score requirements for each category (listening, reading, writing and speaking) below are the details I found from immigratemanitoba website....

You must score at least the numerical value listed for each category (listening, speaking, reading, writing). No other evidence of language proficiency will be accepted.

•International English Language Testing System (IELTS) General Training
Listening: 4.5 | Reading: 3.5 | Writing: 4 | Speaking: 4

DECEMBER 2011 - submitted mpnp application by my aunt in winipeg
MARCH 2011 - received AOR asking for IELTS
MAY 31, 2012 - result sent tru email by my aunt in winipeg
MAY 31, 2012 (same day) - my aunt
received acknowledgement letter that they already have the result of my IELTS

...i have a question..when do you think my aunt will received a phone call/interview from mpnp? how about the email that we received is that a sign that we have a good chance that our application will be as fast as the online applicants?..please?....

For me, I applied last Jan 16, 2012 then I received reply thru mail last April 30, 2012 that I need to give IELTS score, current employemnt cert because the time I applied my working visa is about to expire and 3 mos current bank history because my mother didnt notice that the bank cert was dated May 2011 but I made a deposit last Nov 2011..The bank didnt forgot to change the date..I received a letter with File number but all the forms went back together. Is it the same with you?
Now Im just waiting for the IELTS result for me to submit the documents.

Hi Kidlat,

The same happened to me. I actually applied MPNP somewhere in September last year, I got a letter from them together all the documents and forms I have forwarded to them. They are asking for IELTS as well as notary of all the copied docs, but did not get any file number. Everything was sent back to me in January and have been advised to re-apply again once all the documents are completed.I've complete everything and since I didn't get any file number so I decided to apply online.

I applied online on May 10, 2012 and on the same day I received the AOR with my File No. on it.

Dear hastalavista,

I'm a Filipina but currently Im here working in Dubai..For me, I received a letter indicating that based frm their assesment i need the additional docs once completed I can reapply but in the letter there is file number. Maybe when Im going to resend my application I can indicate it so they will know that I have already a record. Now, Im just waiting for my IELtS result on June 9 so I can send back my application immediately.
