Guys I suggest we all order GCMS note, especially for those of us overdue for medical request and ppr. Trust me guys, it's alot of relief for me now. At the moment, I know where my file is with confirmation that an officer is working on it.

I received my certificate of nomination in January 2019 and have submitted the documents to CIC in the mid of feb. they acknowledged my submission on the April and in May they asked me to do payment for biometrics. Awaiting confirmation mail from CIC on the biometric payment and to letter to perform my biometrics at my nearest VFS.

You can even do it in case if you have anybody residing in canada as citizen or or or work permit. And I feel the charges mentioned in your website is 4 times higher. Which I feel is pretty expensive. The duration for receiving the gems notes is mentioned in your website as min 30 days. In general, it take approximately 1-2 weeks. So I feel you’re not much of help. Thanks anyways.

A person is inadmissible on health ground under the following:

Health grounds

• 38 (1) A foreign national is inadmissible on health grounds if their health condition
  
  • (a) is likely to be a danger to public health;
    
  • (b) is likely to be a danger to public safety; or
    
  • (c) might reasonably be expected to cause excessive demand on health or social services.
    
    I don't see obesity falling under any one of these. It also depends on the obesity level (Risk rate)
