Sending mails or calls is being if no use. It solely depends on the MPNP officials to process the paper. This delay may be because of the new business investor stream. Even if you call the response would be “YOUR FILE IS UNDER REVIEW”. And we all know it hasn’t even been opened. So ridiculous. But have no other choice other than waiting.
I’m planning to wait till this year end. Even after if there’s no response then I’m planning to drop out. I have a family and I can’t stake my future out fir this reason alone.

I need someone expert to help me for Manitoba Business Investor stream.

1: Do I need to go for an exploratory trip to Manitoba, Can I apply without the trip?
2: I am working as a sole propertier from last 15 years, does this include as my business experience with 100% ownership?
3: what is the duration of Work Permit issued by Manitoba?

1. Under new program, the exploratory trip is mandatory
2. Sole proprietorship is still acceptable as long as documented
3. First WP is 2 years and can be extended another 2 years, they need to see that you are in effort to establish your business

I submitted my EOI in July 2017
Received LAA in July 2017
Submitted application in August 2017
Received acknowledgment letter on Sep 5 , 2017 .

Since that I get no feedback from MPNP and when I call or send them an email i get “ your application is in process “

I dont know why they have this excessive delay and what can I do in order to know what is going on with my file , is hiring good lawyer would help or what do you think ?

I do not think any one can speed up your process now. it has been delayed since the new program came.
but i believe the received applications are still being processed
