Interviewed (Sponsor) : July 18, 2012
LOA : Waiting

How many days did I received the LOA after the interview? Please help me.

Your AOR was little late but as interview happened on time expect LOA in maximum 2 weeks time depending if interview was good.

By the way i have added your entry in the tracking sheet ( link in my signature) appreciate if you can kindly keep posted under MPNP application 2012 thread.

Would there be a problem if the amount from our account is less than the amount that we submitted am so worried...any advice?...do you think it would cause conflict on our assessment for LOA though we also submitted proof of ownership of real estate including a current market price evaluation and other assets?

Dear,

Based on my exp the amount you have declared should be available all the time in your bank. Advisable to maintain the declared amount in the bank as this can add negative points in the application.

My sponsor's interview happened on 18th of July 2012, almost 2 weeks completed now but still not receive LOA. Please help me God...

I got refusal letter dated August 30,2012... they stat in letter you having a weak connection to Manitoba was the main reason for your decision not to nominate.

Now I submit a Request for a Formal Review...

what do you think, still any chance?
