Is there any one who can guide me that what proof I have to submit in the regard offollowing question

"I have used English or French as the primary language of communication at work"

You meant I don't need to give my job appointment letter or salary slip ? All I need to do to give my IELTS.

My country of residence is differ from my country of citizensship.In my country of residence I'm on my husband visa
So,my question is that
What answer should I give for

"What is your status in your country of residence ?"

Should I write wife or permanent resident
