I've already included my sss and philhealth on my submittals.

Thank you, Allen. What forms did you submit? Did you include the payments you made? Did it show your employer? Because for my case, I'm workng at a private hospital as contractual so My sss and phil health is not covered by my employer. I am considered self-employed by sss and phil health. Thanks again.

It will just cause you some problems on your application better not to include those docs.

I have just submitted additional documents to MPNP to prove my application is credible. Awaiting for the result. My status still shows Information Requested. How about you?

HI Anil,,

the process is broken down below with tentative timelines :

UCI / AOR1 : officially it is 90 days after application received date but nowadays you can expect it under 70days
FT/Aor2( File transfer to local visa office ) : 30-50 days after AOR1 ( if you are lucky you can get it in under 25days )
Medical request : between 3-5 months after file transfer
DM ( decision made ) : can't quote any number on this
PPR ( passport request ) : 2-4 months after you have successfully sent your medical results and they give you a thumbs up
Visa on hand : 10-15days after you have submitted your passport


Note: the official time CIC has quoted on their website is 16months after AOR1 but i would say it would take atleast an year so buckle up.

I need clarification as regards to the Expression of interest form. My cousin and best friend lives in Winnipeg but i chose Thompson as my destination. My cousin asked me to change it Winnipeg, but when i did 50 points was deducted from my point. She asked me to choose Brandon instead as Thompson is far and is a rural area, the 50 point was added back. I hope this won't cause a problem with my application in any form. Thanks.

for you to choose thompson or brandon or any other place to claim 50 points, your cousin/best friend/your supporter should be living in that area. This would cause a major issue if your supporter couldn't prove he is living there.

You should choose the place where your supporter lives even if it means 50points deduction.
