I sent my application to CIO on 31st Jan, 2017 along with DD. The expiry of the DD is 3 months I guess and it takes about 4 months for AOR. My ques is do they encash DD as soon as they receive my application or will they encash once my no. comes after 3,4 months?? How does the process work in case of Demand Draft?? Thanks a ton in advance for the help.

I have a question...

in the PR generic application form, question #1 states "Program under which you are applying".
the choices are as follows:

-family
-economic
-refugee
-other

Since I got the LOA from MPNP because I have a close relative (uncle), shall I choose "ecomonic''?

Then, the second question is "category under which you are applying"
If I choose "family" in question #1, the selection are spouse, common law, partner, dependent, other relative, etc.

I choose "economic", the choices are

-Skilled Worker
-Skilled Trader
-Self employed
-Provincial Nominee
etc.

I'm quite confuse becuae when I applied for MPNP, I had to ask my closed relative (uncle) to be my sponsor but it is under "skilled worker overseas".
this seems very confusing to me.

You answered your own question. You should choose "Economic" and then "PNP"

They did interview your sponsor?
Usually once it is completed you will receive an email about the outcome of your application.

i think its good as long as you were on a rush to process your application. are you under express entry?

Usually once it is completed you will receive an email about the outcome of your application.

I wasnt informed that they interviewed my sponsor. This is actually a reapplication and am not pretty sure about the result yet coz it may be approved or not. With our application before the application was not approved because they said that they find that I am not employable maybe bcoz My work was a volunteer RN. But now that I have applied again and my main job is already for 5 years maybe its a different scenario.

So usually when the assessment is complete it is usually approved? I dont want to get all excited now but is it the usual result? An LOA after? I sure hope so lol

To tell you honestly I didnt know about the express entry. I went ahead and filed as it was instructed. I keep a highly demanding job and had little time researching on other options. Ive focused too much on our application since it is a great challenge to present oneself through documents and etc.
