When you get a letter of advice to apply , you need to submit full application to MPNP and wait for provincial nomination. If MPNP decides to select you as a provincial nominee, they will ask you to submit full application to CIC. They will also decide if this nomination is applicable for express entry or you should apply through paper application package. So you have to wait until you get provincial nomination to understand through which way you will proceed.
Congratulations to all who got LAA. I am curious about the cutoff score since website is yet to be updated.

What was your EOI score? I am trying to get an idea of the cutoff score.
Hi again. Thanks. I will just wait for 48 hrs so I can proceed with my application online I guess as I have tried logging in this morning, but no changes yet in my account. I am also curious on the ranking points as it was not stated in my LAA email, but my score is 557. Thank you

I have not received any mail about the letter of apply or something like that but the application portal has changed. Now there are spaces to fill settlement plan 1, uploading birth certificate etc. Does this means it is a LAA (what is the full form of this by the way)

No it's only MPNP EOI.
