Hi Surveen,

In my opinion your IELTS TRF should not be expired when you are submitting your application at CIC.

In case it expires before CIC receives your application then you should retake the assessment to avoid refusal of your application.

EOI---->LAA---->LOA/LOR, if LOA----> CIC application-----> AOR----->MR and RPRF------> PPR----->Visa Issued :)

i am residing in Winnipeg for 2 years ,can i Sponser my sister for MPNP to get settle outside Winnipeg (selkrik to get 50 additional points)??
please reply me ASAP . i will be very grateful to you all
 
Yes u can sponsor to settle anywhere in Manitoba

hi,

sorry, i dont think she can claim that additional 50 points to settle outside winnipeg if her supporter is in winnipeg. she can if:

*she has a job offer outside winnipeg
OR
*has another supporter who lives outside winnipeg
