To your question, yes you need a connection there before you can apply. I will suggest you look out for SINP Express Entry stream, supposing you having created your EE profile prior to now or you are preparing to

Can anyone tell me the list of all the documents required by me and my sponsor ( MpNP -Family Support stream ) as the 30th April date is approaching, just avoiding re- submission of my application. Not sure what documents should i have or my sponsor should have for a smooth processing of my application. I would appreciate any help on this.

How can I show connection to manitoba. My friend is moved to alberta 4 yrs ago but his brother and parents are in manitoba and they are ready to do all. But i dont know what to do ... please guide me friends.
 
can any one tell how much time it will take after receiving email with file no and also mention that your application is under processing now .The mail is coming from CIO Nova Scotia, office i had apply under PNP-B (investor category ,Manitoba)

Mention either your friend's brother or any of his parents who are living in Manitoba as your supporter. Then provide the required documents which you should request from your supporter.

Sorry, I have no idea as to how long until you receive a mail from them, but may i ask you as well... For the Investor category, did u apply online? If so, just Keep an eye on your inbox as you might get that email from them and check the Status of your application online too.
