There is no such category for MPNP.
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program selects skilled workers for their potential to economically establish and settle permanently in Manitoba via two paths: those Currently Working in Manitoba, and Skilled Workers Overseas, who apply on the strength of a connection to Manitoba and who can be assessed sufficient points for age, education and training, work experience, language ability and adaptability

I have cleared ielts exam and when I have to submit my file to Canadian high commission for mpnp?. May you give information about ielts band requirements?? And other documentation?. Is there any starting date for submission the file??

The MPNP will reopen the skilled worker overseas stream in early spring 2015. New intake period for the skilled worker overseas stream in March 2015. everything is online so wait until the update come from immigration department.

Please review the attached linked for details Instruction for MPNP application kit although its old but helpful, I guess its 2014 or 13 addition but most of the requirement and procedure would be the same.

Have patience, Stay active and follow this thread. All you need you will find out. There are 2012's applicants waiting for approval.
