Anyone whose status is still Assessment Pending ?

My status was changed from Received to Assessment pending in January 2016 when i updated my IELTS .
And still it is same .

few days before my supporter interview
my status change assessment pending to in process and then change information request
Yesterday I receive email from Mpnp , they demand new ielts
my profession college teacher
we need your advise
minimum what score required
my previous Ielts score 5.5
please guide

Applied in july 2014
assessment changed TO PENDING in july 2015
updated ielts too (now with 6 each) in june 2016
but still assessment pending
So i called up at Winnipeg office but they haven't replied and
I also mailed them too on last Friday but no mail too

Please try and boost your score to at least 6 each night all the 4 skills.

Also write them to let them know it might take some time as you need to book the next exam date in your locality. Please prepare very well

No one can predict the timeline of their file.

However, due to some issue, I want to divorce with my husband; What can I deal with this issue? fly to canada first and divorce at winnipeg or I can divorce at my home country and change my status with cic. p.s I'm the applicant and my husband is correspondence.

This is an extremely delicate question, and I think it's not a good idea to follow the advice of some anonymous person from a forum.
Just my personal opinion, you should seek legal advice from a lawyer etc in this matter. It can/will affect your application.

Oh..the case is i got the confirmation of PR already, tickets is ready...as i am the applicant and my husband is my correspondence, do we need to land together at immigration?? Or i can land myself

ur husband cannot land if........ you didnt landed first.

Think through it. Forgive him in the light of God's word. Pray for him. Love him and live together as family. You have weathered the application process together. God will honour you.

Has MPNP removed negative points rules for having relative in other provinces, rejection of earlier FSW application etc.? I mean, is there any change in the rules now.

You will most definitely have to explain that. No doubt.
I know someone who filed for immigration and they had a wife and kids. They went to Winnipeg first and called the family later ( after around 3 months) after finding a job, apartment, etc.
They had no problems with their landing but they did have to answer the questions regarding why they decided to come in separately.

For the RPRF fee, should I pay for each person? One person is 490CAD, my family have 4 person(my wife & I, one 8 years old boy and a new born daughter), so I should pay 490*4?

Eager for your help for I was asking to submit our passports now.
