I just want to ask where did you get the self-assessment form that you scanned as one of the requirements?

i passed my application last april 5. im still waiting for the file number they will email. i hope ill get it soon. what will happen if in case i did not receive any file number? im getting worried. ill have to wait until tomorrow though.

hello niglekram! ) too bad the mpnp has their new website, planning to copy the link and give it to you. unfortunately, i cant find the self assessment form. i am still trying to get used on the new system of the website.. is it possible that ill send you the self assessment pdf file?? but i hope they didn't change the form.

Yes, mpnp is currently updating their websites. Maybe thats why i'm having a hard time finding it. I found one but I dont know if its the correct one. Can I just ask if u printed out the form and answered it? Or we can answer it straight away in pdf form?

I got it from a post of one of our forum seniors.
You can see there both 2013 and 2014 applicants including the ones applying for visa already.

Hope this gives u an idea on what to expect next.

Online Status on 6th June 2012 : Application Received
Interview with my relative in canada : 28th August 2012
Additional documents and updated ielts required : 24th Dec 2012
All documents sent : 17th Feb 2013
Got married : 4th Jan 2014 (informed about my status and want to accompany my husband in application who lived in Spain)
Additional documents of mine after changes due to my marriage and my spouse documents as well : 21st Jan 2014
RPRF of mine and my spouse : 21st jan 2014
Online Status on 6th Feb 2014 : (In Process)
RPRF and documents submitted: 13th March 2014

how much time does it require more? Its too long time

Hi Guys,

Just want to ask regarding certificate of employment.

I already have certificate of employment from my current employer in which my salary is stated but my concern is how about for my previous employer.
Is it necessary that even from my previous employer a certificate which states salary is needed?

Hi ErwinP,
If the other certificate of employment of your previous company is dated within the last 10yrs,then yes,you should include that.they are asking for your work history in the past 10yrs and need proof(certificate of employment) to back up the details you provided.

March 18, 2014 - I submitted SP2
March 19, 2014 - received file number and SP2 acknowledgement receipt.
