Finally! After 2+ years of waiting, there's finally movement on my application. My sponsor is a family friend and my skillset is I.T.

Application sent - April 30, 2014
Received AOR - May 2, 2014
Sponsor send SP - May 30, 2014
Assessment Pending - January 7, 2015
Sponsor Interview - July 6, 2016
Assessment in Process - July 6, 2016

Hopefully, I no longer need to retake IELTS as it has already
expired.

Can anyone help me with a case specific inquiry?
I wanna know when I am eligible to apply, what options to choose, etc. They received my application on Jan 15th 2016 and I got an AOR on Mar 23rd 2016.
I sent my application to the Nova Scotia office, but I don't know what office it is at right now, and that's one of the things I wanna find out.
I also need to know when I can send in my Police Clearance Certificates, and that's gonna be most of my query.

Part of the reason why I'm asking this here is because I don't wanna submit the form and then find out that I'm not eligible to apply yet, and make a fool out of myself.

Guys what is the maximum time required to change the status from "Assessment in process" to "Assessment complete". On 23rd June 2016, i got status change to "Assessment in process" from Assessment pending".

me n my sponsor also got call on 6 th july n i applied on 25th april 2014 for mpnp

There is no set time limit for the assessment as every case is different.
I don't think you will have to write IELTS again for MPNP but if you don't send in your application to CIC before it expires, you might.
What you can do is, start preparing your CIC documentation right now and submit it as soon as you get your approval letter, hopefully before August 29th. That will be your best bet.

That's not odd. they send AOR in 2 or 3 months after they receive the application. It has been a little over 2 months for you. I think you should just wait a little bit more.
Having said that, I don't know whether you can submit a Case Specific Inquiry before receiving an AOR or not.
