I have applied for PR through MPNP route. My file is approved from Manitoba and been processed and send back to VO. I'm living in London and London Visa office has asked me to submit PCC and Medical report. Now I have following problems to do so..

(1) Me and my wife are living in London and our 1 and half year daughter is living in India ---- My question is how would I get medical report of my daughter in London from India. Is it ok if we submit all medical report separately immigration section? Also I have not received medical report letter for my wife from Canadian embassy. Whom should I contact?

(2) Regarding PCC, I have to submit these documents within 60 days but currently I have not started process to get PCC. After an application it take 45 days to get PCC. Problem is I need original passport for applying PCC from Indian high commission, UK. and my passport is with UK home office for my current application with UK. ------ My question is can I ask for extension from Canadian embassy? Where should I send this request? Also please suggest what should be content to write this request, if someone had done so before. Also is it possible to get such extension?

In response to your question# 1. Your daughter is 1+ years old - she does not need a PCC.

As for your question#2 - it would be best to send an email to your VO mentioning your situation when you request for a deadline extension.

Hello Everyone

I am new on the forum and found that this discussion has been insightful. I am married, we are planning to put in our MPNP application soon, still gathering documents. My female first cousin (also married) is willing to support the application. Please I need clarification/assistance on the questions below:

i. what type of document do i need to provide to proof that we are cousins (her father and my mum are siblings)? I don't want to get it wrong
ii. The sum in my salary account is about a quarter of the required sum. We deliberately put some funds in a fixed deposit account, planning to use both the statement of account and fixed deposit certificate as evidence of proof of settlement fund. Is this okay or must the entire sum be in my salary account?
iii. The property we have does not have title yet but signed agreement between us and the seller. is it okay to use the agreement as evidence of real estate?

I would appreciate information on these concerns. Thank you.

Hi neeloy and einna, it takes that long to get a reply from cio? I just sent our PR application to cio last june 6 and its expected arricpval is today, june 11. Sent it through dhl. Application is also paid via credit card online. I applied as mpnp last july 2013 and my sister is sponsoring me. You think i'll get our file number when they receive it or it will also take a month? Thanks!

It depends on the bulk of applicants.
I sent my pr application on March 26, it is delivered to CIO on April 4 then I receive the AOR on May 3 via email (AOR letter dated May 2).
Some has to wait. But in your case, since you are in the family stream, you might have it in a month's time.

Hello everyone, I am also applying FS on MPNP. I am only waiting for my Real Property Assessment documents before I submit my application. I have a question, my bank account is not more than 2 months old, is it okay to submit my application or not for now? I have this money because my parents give it to me for the MPNP application.

Based on the advice given by friends who are living in Canada, it would be better if your bank statement shows that you have money in the bank for 6 months at least.

I Raja Abdul Wahid From Pakistan. My Age is 31 Years, My wife's age is 29 Years. I and My wife we Both are Registered Nurses. I have 5.5 Years Work experience and my wife have 3 years. I have Got 6 band overall in Ielts General (S= 6 L=6.5 R=5.5 W=5.5). There is no one in Canada i mean relative or friend. and i never been there before. I dont have any Job offer letter from Manitoba. Dear I just want to ask you that if there is no one in Canada and i dont have job letter from Manitoba still I can apply for MPNP?

No - you can't apply for MPNP. You need a job offer in Manitoba.

Hi,

My husband and I are actually in the process of doing the online application. I am the main applicant, so my brother-in-law is our sponsor. I also had a concern about whether I should input 'other' then state 'brother-in-law on the application. Additionally, I have 2 sisters in other provinces but I am worried that my ties to Manitoba will seem not strong enough although we really intend to live in Manitoba.

Any thoughts?

in your case, since your sisters are living in other Province in Canada, it would be challenging to convince MPNP that you are intending to settle in Manitoba. But if you really have a good reason why you choose to immigrate in Manitoba then you can give it a shot.

I am applying for MPNP (as a Pakistani national) this year in September?Can i go to Germany on student Visa in December of the same year?Does it affect my case?Tell me if there are any complications and What if a got call during my stay at Germany,Where will be my interview,medical etc held Or i don,t have to risk my case and stay in Pakistan?
