I can only answer the question about your work experience, and I would say it counts.
I doesn't matter when you worked. As long as you can provide experience letters, etc, That's all they would care about. Education and work experience have nothing to do with one another.
As far as your eligibility to apply for MPNP goes, I'd say check with this page:

I am also applying for MPNP.I have completed Bachelors as well as a certified accounting technician course of 1 year. I have an experience in an audit firm for 41 month as an external auditor but this experience is before my bachelors but this experience is after Certified accounting course and after bachelors i have 7 month of experience in another company as a admin assistant. My ielts score is 7.I am an outland applicant.Please help me with this issue.am i eligible to apply for MPNP or not.Will my pre experience be counted or not.Please reply am worried.

Hi Seniors,

I would like to get some help regarding eligibility of Manitoba sponsor. My brother moved from other province to Manitoba last year in march. He is on pr visa since 2014. He applied to Manitoba health and he received Manitoba health card approved from three months from date he applied i.e June. He started working since April there. So anyone have any idea when he is eligible to sponsor me??

I just received the Email from CIC (or IRCC, as they recently changed the name) with my UCI number and my application number.
Here's my timeline:

App. Filed: 22/2/2014
Nomination: 31/10/2015
CIC received: 18/01/2016
AOR Received: 23/3/2016

Realistically speaking, how much more time am I looking at before I can land in MB?

Congratulations buddy. This depends on the Visa office that will be handling your application. The cic website states that it should be completed within 15 months. They dont give more detail on specific VO's.

What VO will be processing your application?

@ MOHDSAF well the processing are now faster this days, CIC had introduce new plans, they now transfer applications to visa office that are having few applications, so this makes D whole process faster have seen 8 months here, have seen 9 months here, so u just make sure u fill ur cic forms very well, and always respond to ur mails faster, and always check ur ecas, and always prepare and do further research, with all these, ur application processing to Visa issue wont be more than 9 months

IIRC, you need to start from the most recent first.

@ HAJI yea, oldest first, u will include all d schools u went too starting from ur primary school, secondary school, universities, i dont no may b this is how ur country pakistan education system is, so arrange them with there dates, make sure it follows each other ur adress too, from oldest to newest, make sure every tin is in order cos cic will check everytin

@ YELLOW now when u click that link, u will see a page, u will now choose UCI, then u enter ur UCI number, then ur surname, then ur date of birth, now ur ECAS page will come out, indicating ur full name, ur adress, application status in process,
