I received MY LOA FOR MPNP TLO DAYS BACK.

WILL APPLY WITH CIC IN STARTING FEB.
MY VISA OFFICE IS NDVO

CAN ANYONE SUGGEST HOW MUCH TIME FROM HERE WILL IT TAKE FOR FILE TRANSFER AND MEDICAL N OTHER FORMALITIES TILL VISA IS ISSUED.

Hi Guys I am preparing my docs to CIC but I have some questions... As I waiting for mpnp result my husband got a good offer in Dubai and he grab it the reasons are
1. They offered him good salary
2. It is a family status that he can bring his family with free accommodation, medical insurance for him and for us..
3. Free study for all dependent children until age of 18...
4. Free tickets for vacation yearly for the whole family...

My questions are...
1. Can I still change our address since my husband already working in Dubai since Sept. 2014 Before I receive my LOA last Nov. 2014?
2. Can I also change my address and my Dependent address because we are moving to Dubai this coming Feb 2015?
3.Do I need to get NBI here in the Phil or should I get Police Clearance in Dubai for me and for my husband?
4. Is it ok if my work here in the Phil is only until Feb. I have to quit for my job since we are moving next month,And will submit my Cert of employment dated Oct 2011- Feb 2015? Do you think guys it will affect my CIC application if I do this?
5. Can I submit my CIC application package from Dubai to NOVA Scotia?


PLEASE HELP ME GUYS THIS IS REALLY CONFUSING ME... REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR RESPONSE IF ANYONE HAS AN IDEA ABOUT THIS KIND OF SITUATION... Thank you and have a nice day to all...

I think while applying to CIC you give updated details and same time you inform the MPNP. Where are you currently?

Congratulations buddy....it may take 6 month from the date of documents received by CIC however it may be less or more.

guys i have a confusion i sent to CIC a old imm0008 form which i was downloaded in nov as it is updated and in updated imm0008 "requested visa office section was ommited .. but i send the form which has a section which ask requested visa office ... other wise all questions are same ... what you say they will return my pakage or accept it Huh

Fortunately, on last thursday i got an e-mail from MPNP office requiring settlement plan 2, i submit on friday and same day my status change to documents requirement, on the next day which saturday i c my status is changed to assessment pending........this is all happen after 11 months of long waiting !!! is it a good sign ? how long do i have to wait more ???
so my next question is, i guess i should be ready for interview call anytime ??? can someone please tell me what kind of questions i should be expect from MPNP officer ???

After submitting medical and RPRF it will take minimum 3 to 4 months for PPR and then it may take about a month for PPV. But some time it may take more or less. Nothing is assure. It depends on visa officer and visa office also. In your case and mine also we are under NDVO which always take more time because of rush.

I am waiting for PPR now. It is 2 months completed after RPRF and 4 months from medical. I do not know how much further they will take.
