an odd thing happened 2day, i recieved an email from colombo visa office that my cic application has been transferred from new delhi to colomba,

they said . since new delhi has a lot of work load thus , your VO is being changed to give you the fastest possible processing time,,

its odd but atleast file is moving....

Hello i m really very confused . My file was submitted online on 12 th june 2013. My status is asessment pending. 13 Months over still no call from mpnp. Seconldy please share your opinion My IELTS certificate is going to expire on Nov 2014 So will i have to give the IELTS while submitting the file to cic .

Yes u have to submit fresh ielts certificate when u submit ur application in cic

You have to pay 550 for each adult and 150 for minor.
Regarding RPRF you need to pay only 490 for your family (not for each mamber)

In your case: 550+550+490=1590

Processing fee for each adult member is 550 and for minors is 150 but rprf for main applicant is 490 and for ur spoue 490 as well. Minors have no rprs fee.
So 550+550+490+490= 2080

I think they are continuously improving the applicatiom form. I have noticed that those who recently made an account have different questions that i dont have in our application.

As per your cousin's case, maybe they are tracking everyone's application history and they want to make sure he has strong relationship with his sponsor.

Just my opinion, so forum elders pls correct me if im wrong..

Yes true day by day they are changing or updating their forms. I am almost at last stage in provincial nominee (economi category ) but now i got few forms to fill which are belonging to family sponsorship to add my spouse in my application and got 1 questionaire form as well.

From what i read,If your NOC falls under skill level A,B or O then u dont need to submit IELTs,but if your skill level is C or D then you have to submit an IElts cert.

May b u r right but my skill is under level a. When i submitted my application to cic, my ielts was valid. But after 6 months it expired so cic send me additional documents request in whicb they required new ielts certificate of mine.

Oh really.tnx for the info sani.my ielts is going to expire nxt month.other senior forum mates advice me not to take coz my skill level falls under A, some were succesful in their application without submitting new ielts cert. Now im confused.

Have u submitted ur application to cic? If yes then just wait if cic required ur ietls certificate then they will send u request.
