I want to ask 1 question. Recently i have added my spouse in my application as dependant and then cic required some additional documents which i have sent them. My husband is living in spain from last 3 years but his homeland is pakistan.But problem is that i have sent police clearance certificate of my husband from pak but could not sent his police clearance certificate from spain bcz that time his residence card was submitted in consulate from renewal. Can i send his police clearance certificate from spain or is it ok which i have sent from pak?

You must send Spanish police clearance certificate as it is a mandatory for all applicants/dependents who are residence in abroad for more then 6 month they should include the present residency police clearance certificate. If I were you, I would inform CIC about the situation as you have explained and also send Spanish police certificate to CIC as soon as possible. I hope it helps...

You must send Spanish police clearance certificate as it is a mandatory for all applicants/dependents who are residence in abroad for more then 6 month they should include the present residency police clearance certificate. Thanks for ur reply. I'll send his spanish police clearance certificate as soon as possible bcz still my file is in waiting qeue for review after submission of additional documents and we r waiting for medical. So i'll send it now. Thanks once again.

Hi to all,

Very late update from here.

After receiving MR last May 13, we've started our compliance in May 23. My kids and I are all cleared, my husband needs to undergo sputum test and finished June 6.

So far, we're awaiting culture of the 3 sputum, the rest of the sputum tests show negative result,thank God. Final result will come out Aug7.

As of yesterday, June 19,upon checking the ECAS it shows 'In Process' status.

Could you kindly share your timelines. I am a Bangladesh citizen. I have also applied for MPNP in Dec, 2013. Still waiting for LOA or Further document request. Between this time I have moved to Beijing, China, and studying in a research institute. I have changed my address online. Can I chose HK visa office if I receive LOA from MPNP. Sorry to bother you..

Hi katrina khan,I think you shouldnt use Debit card and u should use Visa card-No Debit or Bank Draft.

if you have credit . so, you can pay money in CAD.

i think debit card not for this.

otherwise you can pay by DD.

Anyone can give an idea about the total cost to apply CIC including visa fees, landing fees, etc for applicant and dependent both (No Children). Many thanks.
