I've read your previous post regarding your updates and before you receive the ineligible letter, you have an update of sponsor passport and health card submitted on 01-05-2014. Is the date correct?

Does MPNP request for this after you see your MPNP status: "Assessment Pending" on 30-04-2014?

I just come up with a conclusion that maybe, just maybe, it has something to do with it. I think you should check on this first before you request for a review.

And may I ask how do you receive your ineligible letter? Thru email or postal mail?

I hope we can figure it out. Stay positive and trust God....

on 30-04-2014 my status was "information requested"
after submitted supporter's passport and healthcard on 01-05-2014 the status changed to "Assessment Pending"

i received ineligible letter through email.
i can't say whats wrong with my application and today i m going to call MPNP office to know the specific reason.

I want to know what did you score on self assessment sheet? Could you give us a background like what is your IELTS, age, work experience, education and relationship to your sponsor? So we can analyze what happen to your application.

Thanks Sheldor. I guess he will just have to wait then. Its already been 2 months since the AOR from CIC, still no reply from NDVO. Let me know if you come across anything or receive any good news.

2 months since cic aor is odd,, u r right,, this shouldnt be happening,, but there isnt much u can do about it,, may b ndvo skipped to send ur friend an email,, this can happen.. ususal time from AOR to file transfer is 15 - 20 days.

Sorry about your ineligible letter. I suggest you ask your sponsor to visit the mpnp office and ask about the full details of your refusal. You need to know it so as not to repeat thesame mistake or it might be a minor issue your sponsor can defend and your file might be reopened. Also check your spam or junk mail, incase they already requested additional documents and you are not aware cos the mail entered your junk, you must have missed the deadline for submission.
Try to update forum members here with any information.
