Hello everyone.

I have put my "Intended Occupation" as "Accountant and Related Clerks (noc 1431)" which is not regulated in my MPNP application. As my profession is not regulated in Manitoba I have to answer following two questions:

1. If your occupation is not regulated, what steps will you take before you arrive in Manitoba to ensure you find skilled employment soon after arriving in Manitoba?

2. Are you planning to upgrade your job skills before you arrive in Manitoba?

Which Canadian Govt, Non-govt websites do you suggest me to gather info. So that i can write with more solid information.

Hello Seniors

I have put my husbands "Intended Occupation" as "Automotive Field" and mine as " Business Administration" Please help me to find whether this trade is regulated or not in my MPNP application. If it is regulated please help me to find answers to these question.

1. If your occupation is regulated, what steps will you take to meet the requirements for working in this occupation
in Manitoba?

2. If your occupation is regulated, can you start the licensing process before you arrive?

3. If your occupation is regulated, in what related occupations could you find skilled employment in Manitoba
based on your training and work experience?

1. Passport - my husband PP will expire on August 2014 and mine on November 2014. We are planning to submit our online application on second week of June 2014. What steps do I need to do incase our PPs were renewed and received new one. Should we inform MPNP or shall we send the new PPs via email even without asking? What email address will I use? Please your advise is very important.

Send your online application with your present passport and when you renew you will then email the new one to mpnpsupporter@gov.mb.ca , stating your given file number and name as the 'subject' of the mail.
