To give you peace, you may ask MPNP by sending them an email to confirm if SP2 has been received. I did this and was able to get a reply after a few days. Know the date your sponsor handed this personally to Manitoba office and let them know. Just be polite.

Hello guys,

I need some help. I've been reading this forum as well as the Manitoba site. In the Settlement Plan, it is required to upload "proof of ownership of real estate including a current market price evaluation". How can I get a the current market price evaluation of a property and where should I get it?

I hope somebody can shed light on this query. TIA.

You may hire a professional appraiser; you may ask your bank about this since they have in-house appraisers for loan purposes. OR, you may just upload your Property Tax Declaration bec it contains market value both for the lot and building although this may be very low. You can get this from the City Assessor's Office. This is what I did.

In our case, we applied Sept 2012, we're nominated february 2013. I guess, the processing now is faster than before. i hope u will have your nomination soon.
