my son is born last december 19, 2013
i received my Application number January 2014

I just wanna ask if how can i be able to declare him as my new dependent in CIC?
Is there any corresponding fee for this?
One more thing, Do i still need to inform / update CIC about this? Thank you soo much!

Correction it should ne MPNP not "CIC"

Jongsky, try to send email to mpnpapplicationhelp@gov.mb.ca to seek their advice or you can log in to your online account and add your dependent. (note..this just my opinion.better send email to the address i provided for clarification)

Yes, you have to inform them about your newborn but you need to process the passport before informing them.
