hello everyone,

Just one question:

My visa stamp has 1 name missing. I have all in all 5 names including the middle and last name. In my COPR, It has my 2 names plus the middle and last name. I know there are limited characters when it comes to that form. On my visa stamp, it has the same information just like in the COPR. So basically, my 3rd name is missing. I'm not sure if that is because my name is too long or they just forgot to put my 3rd name.

It says in the paper attached to my visa that, you may see your name abruptly cut in the COPR. As long as your visa has the correct details, there should be no concern.

I just emailed CEM and they immediately respond. I need to return my passport and COPR so they can correct name.

I a bit bothered here,
I mistakenly addressed my application to CIC.
I sent my application package via courier to :

but according to the guidelines, courier must be addressed to :
Citizenship & Immigration Canada

B1P 5Z2
Canada

and according to my friend, her application was returned because she also got the wrong CIC addressed.
she addressed her application to PO BOX 1450 via courier.

Will my application will be returned to me also?
has anyone here encountered the same experience?

we had our medical today dec 26, 2013..
this is how it goes..
we arrived at 8:30am and finished at around 11:30
i dont know if guys out there experience this, they are requiring a measles vaccination for all of us..not including my children coz they do have already.so me and my husband are required we have to come back there for immunization interview as well as our measles vaccination..they say that its the new requirement and it was required just yesterday.

i do have a problem because upon physical examination they require my husband and give endorsement report for a urologist for him to have check they said that they found out that my husband has a INGUINAL HERNIA the doctor said that it doest any matter on our application..the problem is they requiring us to pass the report on or before jan 3, 2014..its holiday and doctors now are in their holiday vacation..kindly help me if you do have suggestions to me hospitals within metro manila that has UROLOGIST Dec 27 to jan 2?

I am just wondering how come you need vaccination for measles. Measles and chicken pox only occur once in a lifetime. Do you mean to say that you and your husband have not had measles yet during your childhood days? Please advise. Thank you.

The measles immunization is a very good information. +1 for you.

I guess I didn't have to go back as I called last 23 December and was told that everything was fine and they will submit my application as early as 2 January of next year.

Didn't the clinic you had your medical examination give you any recommendation regarding a urologist, who are particularly open during the holidays? Let's wait for others to share you their views.

hi tabs, no they did not recommend anyone they jst tell us that any hospital or clinic that do have Urologist will do..
i called them this morning and they said that our xray and urine test are okay and i tell them also that doctors now are i their holiday so they extend until jan 6..thanks God..

same as what you feel i wonder why, i even tell them that i had before the question is do u already have your vaccination? i said im not really sure because if ever i was really young that time so i need a proof, even i already have my measles, chickem pox..so i guess its really important to have the vaccination ..the amount is P1,300 + 650 coz i gave birth..(i dont know exactly why?maybe its different for those who didnt bear child) P1,300 for my husband and for my children their requirement is their baby book..

Hi darksteel21,

you had inquire this confusion earlier but no one answering you,
now you again questioning about this,
well i think its a real disturbance for you, and for anyone who done this. nobody wants to get their application package back because of this CIO's address change.

i think TABS, RAMCAL, OHANNE, or any other senior member can elaborate about this.
i personally can understand your frustration.
i hope they accept it and issue you an AOR,

wait for others opinion.

New Manitoban is right, no one has been answering this query of yours.

To tell you the truth, I have not come across this situation.

When did you submit this application?

Have you tried contacting CIC and asking them what should you do in this situation?

I'm aware of that. my question is which path to take because my ties with manitoba are not that strong
