hello guys, pls can anyone put me thru concerning this,am i going to submit my original LOA also do i need to notarize my document to CIC?

I'll suggest you make coloured copy of the LOA and send it with your application. Since the checklist request us to submit a copy.

I asked that in other thread. They replied me that we can use our penmanship to write "PRESENT" in the form.

All Docs must be notarize before sending to CIC?

do we still need to notarized the application package or just the supporting docs?

Did u received any mail after submitting the sp2 from embassy such as acknowledgement of receipt

I also asked about the LOA if we're going to send the original as well. the one who replied my question said that he also included the original copy of LOA and put under the CIC checklist. also he submitted a photocopy of the LOA he put according the arrangement of the CIC Checklist.

As i checked the CIC Checklist it is not required to notarize such supporting documents only photocopy and original. i cant find any statement that documents must be notarize.

only this "if your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the original version."

I got my LOA on June 27, 2013 (my sponsor got a phone interview more or less a week earlier) and on August 15 I sent all the documents required to the Sydney office.

Hi Ma'am can i ask sumthing? you passed ur Application Package last August to CIO ryt? what is this with regard to police certificate "Request for Police certificate and Finger Print Request Letter?" BTW, from wer r u?

I have applied to mpnp online on 18/06/2013. I received file no. on 19/06/2013. After that i have not received any news from mpnp. Can anyone tell me how much time mpnp takes to process application ? I have applied to mpnp under stategic initiative program on the basis of support letter from community of winkler(Manitoba). Please reply.

till now still waiting for our sponsor to be interview..
its almost 5 months of waiting..may God bless our application..
i know it will come in God's perfect time..

Hi crew04, yes you are right I sent my Application to CIO. I submitted police certificates as required in the document checklist (IMM5690). I sent original and a certify translation. Don't know anything about finger print ... and I'm from Italy

Hi everyone, Just curious...what if you already submitted your application. And your settlement plan 2 still with your sponsor. The MPNP wont assess your application after 30 days of not submmiting ur Sponsors SP2 right? Can you send another online application again or can you send another online application even if it just 1 day or days ago when you submitted your application? The reason why I ask this is because I already submitted it last midnight. Since I was very tired of reviewing all the docs that I've uploaded I thought everthing was ok, until I checked it again this morning and found out that I put the date of my husbands education in 2006 instead of 1996. What I remember is I edited all the dates but maybe I forgot to press the (SAVE) instead I pressed the (NEXT) and that made my application incorrect. I am the principal applicant, I'm so worried now. I started collecting all the required docs since January to make sure everything's complete and correct and yet still unperfect...So badly needed your advice guys...so sad I was physically, emotionally and mentally stress with all of my docs...But I know God is always with me and Mama Mary and Sto. Niño....
