Hi Everyone,

Good Day Im just new in this forum. I just would like to ask if My wife's uncle is our Sponsor (in winnipeg) and I am the Principal applicant I have my sister who is in Ontario for 17 years could this be weaken our application to PNP?. Thanks and best regards

Hi,

In CIC application form IMM5406 you will be asked to declare Additional Family Information including brothers and sisters. You have an option not to disclose that you have a sister in Ontario but do you know if she has not included you as her brother in her CIC application before? I'm not sure if they have a way to check such information from other province though.

You may consider to prepare a very good/strong settlement plan that will make them believe you really intend to stay and make a living in Manitoba. This is just an opinion.

please i need urgent response.
for settlement funds can i do the following ...

1. i submit salary acc statement just to show transaction history (which is obviously lesssss than 14k CAD ) and along with it i submit balance certificate of spouse's account which we have just opened for these funds. (cant put these in my salary acc due to some reasons)

OR..
i simply submit banalance certificate now and submit statement at later stage..

can anyone please respond here

Can someone tell me, in GS if you are applying in distinct relative category,timeline is different than from applying under friend sposnsor.Or its same for all general stream category?

I have the smae problem ...My sister resides in toronto whereas cuzn is in Manitoba...now I m confused how 2 make it go smoothly widout affecting my application...as my sister is gonna apply for canadian passport soon n Earlier when she applied I was unmarried ..Now she is gonna include my real Marital status n Name...Its going 2 b tuff..Veryyyy Worried wot 2 do.

If he has not sub,itted his app yet..he can change the answer easily..but if he has submitted den check @ the website tab of working in manitoba , find out wot certificates n xperience are required and state dem as ur future plans..I.A every thng z gonna be alrite

Both distant relative and friend sponsorship fall under general stream category.

I'm a Feb 2013 applicant (FS). I emailed MPNP yesterday asking them kung may naisend na ba na letter for me and they replied right away and said a letter was sent on June 21 daw. Here's my timeline:

Feb 15 - Submitted app online
Feb 16 - AOR
June 14 - Sponsor's interview
June 21 - letter sent (hoping it's LOA)
.......waiting

ur right ibad17,,,,,, we really don't even calculate or assume when the sponsor's interview will occur.... i'm also feb 2013 online applicant and still no news after they requested additional docs last june,,,,
