Anyway, I have some questions and I hope you guys can help me out -


nationality : Philippines
current location : Poland
stream (?) : General

- marriage contract. marriage is contracted abroad, and not yet registered to NSO. is it ok to submit the MC that was issued from the city hall on where the marriage took place?
If you can't provide the document/s required, include an explanation letter.Submit the one that was given to you as proof of your marriage in that country.

- husband is US LPR. is it possible to not include him in the application? cause it is just me that is going to migrate there in Canada. do i need to provide my husband's information (educational background, employment, etc) even if he is not joining me in Canada?
Since he is your spouse, then you can include him as your dependant. I believe you still need to include those. You may also give MPNP an email to clarify things. mpnpsupporter @ gov.mb.ca

- about the police clearance - do I need to submit PC from all of the countries I have resided? or just from where i am currently located?
For MPNP application, you don;t need to submit PCCs from countries you resided for 6 mos or more. You will be needing it when you apply for PR Visa once you got the nomination.

- i have certificates of employment but they contain just the details about the position, start and end dates of employment. about Job description, is there some sort of a template that has to be followed? please share if there is any. reason for this is that the HR might not really entertain me quickly cause they will still have search for the JD for my post.
Certificate Of Employment containing the information you stated will suffice. For JD, if they can not really provide you, you can make your own and let them sign it. You must also provide an explanation letter for it. That's why it is better to have the one that is issued by the company as it has logo which I believe should be included in COE and JD.

There will be other questions - maybe I will encounter them when i will start my online application

- Under Language Ability, it says 'I have used English or French as the primary language of communication at work'. I have selected 'Yes - How long?'

a.) I have been working for 8+ years but I will only submit 5+ years of work experience documentation because I worked for less than 6 months with my previous employers. Do I put 8 years or 5 years (to answer the question 'Yes - How long?')

b.) There is an 'i' button and it says 'You must submit documentation proving that your employment was conducted in English or French'. What is this document?

- My sponsor's name has a suffix (Jr). How do I write that?

Family Name : Dela Cruz
Given Names : Juan, Jr

or

Family Name : Dela Cruz, Jr
Given Names : Juan

or it doesn't matter?

- About Debts, do I need to enumerate my obligations? Like credit card balances, etc, or can I just mark that as 'Not Applicable'?

- About Assets, it is ok to just put Cash and Value of CAD 10k? Will they expect something else like a bigger amount, properties, automobiles, etc?

- I read somewhere that I can have the amount (CAD 10k) deposited into my account even just a few days/weeks before I submit my application. Is that correct? I am not planning to withdraw the money after I submit the application, it's just that I cannot wait for another 3 - 6 months just to prove that I am planning to keep those funds in my account all through out the application process.

I also have the same problem are you using dsl? I suggest you call pldt and complain. Other internet provider can open it.

Guys

Please i would like to know, if there is an application fee and if there some that has education in Canada or Australia need to show IELTS. From the Manitoba immigration page, Its states that if the entire education is English then i can apply with that. I will be glad for a reply Thanks.

I believe it's mandatory to submit IELTS when applying to MPNP.

No application fee for MPNP but once you get the LOA (approval) and you'll apply for PR visa, you need to pay the Processing Fee (PF) and RPRF (Right of Permanent Residence Fee).

I suppose you can not complete the online application without uploading the proof of english ability.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

No need to submit both upon application but they may ask for these while processing your application. Please check the DOCUMENT CHECKLIST of CIC from time to time for the latest requirements.

Why this St. Luke's Hospital has a lot of *censored word*ing reasons when you made a follow-up.....so many nonsense reason.....they are saying now that embassy has a new guidelines in transmitting medical reports...they say that it is now an "e-medical transmission".....a *censored word*ing lie, if its an "e-transmission"..then it should be *censored word*ing fast...right???....St. Luke's please wake up.....

I truly understand how you feel but it will not help you at all. Have more patience salbakuta. I suggest you follow up even every other day to SLEC.

Yes kurtsebastian is right, only one sponsor is required even for GS.

You can put 8+years because that's how long you really used the english language at work. Anyway, proof can be seen in your personal history form that you worked with your previous employers for less than 6 mos each that's why you come up with 8 years.

You may ask all your employers to give you certifications of the use of english language at work.

if you are a single applicant, cash of 10k CAD is enough.

if your bank account is at least 6 mos old or more, then it doesn't matter when you deposited the money as long as you provide them the bank statement of 6 mos and a bank certificate indicating that your balance is 10k CAD.
