CHC advised to send passports when all requirements complete ,what does mean:

CHC advised me to send passports only when all requirements are complete.

As both of us gone through medical 05 march,2013 .

But PCC have expired.

May I send Passports now or have to wait that CHC again intimate me to send Passports.

Hi can any 1 tell me...If i can send the police certificates directly wid the application kits to CIO...as it says dat send all the required thngs altogether for faster procesing except 4 medical..whch will be send on request...

2ndly MY real sister has moved Canada Toronto...1st she was in Saudia nw in toronto...will dat cause problem 2 me as she is in Toronto. n ive aplied 4 MB.
moreove I n My family Applied a visit visa canada in 2009 which wasnt succesful but in da fom i filled Toronto.in peferred destinatiom...Can it cause me a refusal from CIO as dese thngs were nt asked in MB form n wll b asked in CIC form of PR.

I am one of the pre 2008 FSW applicants affected by backlog, and my application fee will be refunded. I applied in 2005 and waited almost 8 long years just to find out that my application will be deleted. I wasted my youth, overseas job opportunities which I turned down while waiting plus investment opportunities.
I'm sorry for what happened. It must be really hard you and for all the applicants.

Now I am considering application under the general stream of MPNP. My problem is, I do not have friends or relatives in Manitoba, although I have relatives in Vancouver. I have requested my relatives in Vancouver to help me find a supporter who will be willing to endorse me to the MPNP. My question is, what are my success rate if my supporter do not know me. Of course I plan to call my soon to be supporter as soon as I have one in order to share my settlement plan. Can anyone share some information about this kind of set up. Thank you. Any helpful information will be highly appreciated.
There is no assurance for everything. So, better try to apply. Start talking to your sponsor now to build a true relationship as friends. Having a stronger ties in other province can solely be a ground for refusal but like what I've told you there's no harm in trying. As long as you are really willing to stay in Manitoba and will not use the program just to get into Canada then there's nothing to worry about.

their in manitoba site ...there is no information about processting time....means how much it ll takes to get nomination approval n after got approval then how much time it ll takes for PR processing...??

Since processing for every applicant differs, they eliminated the processing time they stated before in the website.

Timeline of last year's applications (nomination/approval)
General Stream: 6-9 months
Family Stream: 3-6 months
Starting January 2013, MPNP offered online service for all applicants regardless of stream. Hopefully, this will make the processing faster as correspondence will be thru email.

PR application to CIC only takes 4-5 months to process starting late last year.

You mean you are in the stage of Passport Request with additional documents?

If yes, what are the documents requested from you?

Yes, you may submit police certificate upon application or later in your application once requested.

You already have the nomination before she arrives in Toronto so I think it will not cause any problem. Just in case they give you a call, answer them honestly and show your true intention to stay in Manitoba.

Was it not asked in MPNP? Because before I applied under live in caregiver program and I declared it in the forms included in MPNP. But none in CIC application. I think it's the other way around. Correct me if I'm wrong.

actually my fiance have strong blood relatives in vancouver BC (real brother n sister) n they are permanent resident their....... n we are planning to get merry next year november 2014.....also i read on manitoba site that if u get merry or having a baby within the process u ll immediately inform us gv his or her documents to our office......so plz tell me it gives bad impresstion on visa officer or not if i show ma spouse documents in future or should i wait to get merry.......please guide me ....m soo confused??? n also once ma fiance apply for student visa for vancouver university n she got refusal in dt.....plz hel me.....it ll gr8 help.....

My sister-in-law submitted their application by mail in December, 2009 then got their LOA in january 2010. medical in may, 2010. Landed in canada in oct., 2010. Same timeline with her youngest sister who landed in canada last oct, 2012. We are expecting the same timeline but it seems the response of mpnp is much slower or late.

If you will get married while your application is on process, it maybe asked from you since she has close relatives in other province of Canada. That's true, having a baby or getting married needs addtnl documents to prove that they are your dependants to include them as well in your application. Declaring dependants can be done before they issue the PR visa. Be honest declare her previous application in Canada.
If you will ask my opinion, since she have 2 issues that MPNP may question, one is her relatives in Vancouver and 2nd her refused application of student visa in Vancouver, it is better if you apply for her after you get the PR visa. Spousal visa though it will take years to process. Or if you really want to bring her along with you, you may get married while your application is on process but better be ready because they will definitely test your intention to stay in Manitoba. Having a stronger ties in other province can solely be a ground for refusal.

I advice you to be honest and declare the truth. Didn't you declare it in your MPNP application? As far as I can remember there's a form for declaring relatives or friends in Canada.

sorry i think m making confuse u also but i m soo confused in dis processing time....please tell me both processings timings are diff like its general stream 6 to 9 months + PR time 13 months = 19 to 22 months ??
