Hi good day to everyone! i'm new here please add me to the january batch and here's my timeline

Stream: i don't know what to call it but i has something with my uncle as my sponsor
Application:Online
MPNP application submitted: Jan. 2, 2013
File # receive : Jan 2, 2013 (is this the AOR)

My Question is:

Why is not my sponsor receiving anything on their part? To submit the sp2.
I mean does the MPNP also sends email or snail mail to them telling that they
have to submit the SP2 or they will just send it by themselves?
I also did not include in my application IELTS. Is there any luck on my application? But im planning to take the exam next month.

Please any of your answer will help me and my sponsor on what to do because they also don't know what to do on that SP2 file that they have to submit. Thanka in advance ang godbless

So my question is what is meaning of RESULT OF CASE??? I mean when applicatnt will get MPNP approval after 8 months OR till the end of the case untill applicant get his PR????

I read about sponsorship issue in MPNP official website. About the "RESULT OF CASE", I am trying to look for the exact word but unable to find it.

In MPNP application kit, it is stated that in Family Stream, " The MPNP reserves the right to determine that the endorsement of a settlement plan is invalid if the program officer is not satisfied that: 1st:...., 2nd:...., 3rd: any previous applicants from MPNP supported by your close relative have established themselves successfully in Manitoba. In my view, anytime that the previous MPNP applicants supported by your close relative has established himself like having a stable job, has own place to live-in..... then, the supporter can start sponsoring again.

For General Stream, I think it is the same. There is no clear statement from MPNP about the conditions for sponsoring again under GS, all they stated is "a sponsor is not currently supporting the settlement of another MPNP applicant, nominee or person in another Canadian Immigration Program".

in MPNP , Your spouse will not need an IELTS result and don't have to undertake the exam. Only the Principal applicant MUST have to submit IELTS result.

As I fill up the MPNP Online Application, there are more questions arises.. Please help guys to provide your inputs and thanks in advance for your replies..

I have a sponsor (General Stream) and yet to become 1 yr resident of Winnipeg this coming March 2013.
1. Is he qualified being a sponsor? (I plan to submit my MPNP online application also by March or April 2013 coz I'm still collecting documents specially the COE with JD)
2. Will my sponsor be asked of his financial stability, assets etc? (If I have more than the sufficient funds for family of 3)
3. According to MPNP kit, I will get more points if I proved that I will settle outside Winnipeg. Is it possible that my sponsor will be in Winnipeg and the location that I will select in Manitoba is outside Winnipeg?

I have few more questions/clarifications on my mind... but let me clear all the above questions first..

Yes, he can be a sponsor soon as he becomes a resident of Manitoba for 1 year. You are right, apply in the month of March onwards.
2. Will my sponsor be asked of his financial stability, assets etc? (If I have more than the sufficient funds for family of 3). As far as I know, this will be asked if your sponsor will sign the form for supporting the applicant financially. But like in your case, you mentioned that you have enough settlement fund so, the sponsor should only provide the reqs like passport, manitoba health card...... He should also prove that he can support you by having a stable job, that he can offer you a place to live-in ....

Since you will be sponsored, the place where your sponsor lives in is your destination in Manitoba. So, it will be in Winnipeg and you can not claim points for it.
