I heard that new express entry program will negatively effecting to existing people those are applied to CIO under PNP Program,.

Please help me with the cause of effect in the PNP Existing case/application

Can you inform after reading this link whom it will affect. People who are waiting for LOA from Manitoba Govt of who have applied after LOA and got their medical done like you and me.

Below line was taken from http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/express/express-entry.asp

"If a candidate does not already have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer or a provincial/territorial nomination, he or she must register with the Government of Canada's Job Bank which will connect him or her with eligible Canadian employers. "

So it is clear the express entry will effect those who wont get LOA before January 2015.

I think we should wait until Jan-15 before thinking much more on it.

I think it won't be affect to those who all ready applied. it may applicable to those who are going to apply in Jan.
