Hi forum mates,

If the NOC skill level is A, do i need to re-take IELTS exam if my ielts is already expired before submission to CIC ? appreciate your replies.

Hi Rosy Cheeks,

I believe when you submit your documents for PNP, they did not request any IELTS result from you, am I right? There are certain Nationality are exempted the IELTS result if English is their first language. And in the event they required the IELTS from you, they will stated the validity period of the result, e.g. THE IELTS result should be taken & valid within 12 months....something like this if I can remember correctly.

Hello Guys

I want to share my experince with you. I am done with my interview on 14th oct 2014. It was nice talk with the officer it seems like she was really interested in giving me nomination but the thing is when she called my employers she asked him if he can hire him back we are ready to give him nomination but my past employer just refused that and said we dont have available position right now so he cant hire him back.
She asked more than 5-6 time same question but my employers answer was same. I dont know at this stage if I will get my nomination or not. I am in manitoba since 2 years. And i applied as a manitoba experince Category but I am in manitoba right now so will they consider the answer of my past employer.
Please pray for me guys and advise me what should I do at this stage..

i live in manitoba,canada since last 4 years i never ever heard such news. i personally went to mpnp office in winnipeg to attend their information session(you might dont even have any idea about what is this session for) so please dont spread any wrong information on this site that you are not sure about, its effect on lots of people. agents just like to fetch your money and gives you a wrong information.

when did you applied?

were you on your work permit(post graduation work permit or something els please clearify)

i guess you applied under manitoba experience did you have any supporter to support your file?

are you living in manitoba on employer status(like your work permit or visa has been expiried and waiting for your nomination)

why i am asking all these things because my sitatuatuion is almost same as you.i am on post graduation work permit and i have applied on feb 9 2014 under manitoba experience point base as well, i have a supporter, bank balance, permanent full time skill level-B job. still waiting for interview since alst 8 months.


i guess in your case to be very honest now its depend on the officer who took your interview rather they will issue your nomination or not, but if you call them back and tell them that you can find better job somewhere else and make sure talk to some place who can gives you a job. if you like to talk to me you can call me i will pm you cell no. it might be help for both of us.

From the various responses and postings made by people on this forum, it appears that the office is presently attending to applicants who applied between October and November 2013. Let's be hopeful that before December 2014 or at most January 2015 our applications will be attended to, as the office is not talking to anyone on the status of applications.

I applied in February 2014 though.
