My LOA was came in 15 days where as my relative's letter came after 90 days from issued.

I had words with my Postman and he said if I can provide any reference number for parcel then he can help otherwise please consider that your letter is lost or wait for some more time.

yes he is from Ahmadabad, Gujarat and i am also. it is just 2 miles distance.

my sponsor was interviewed yesterday (finally) and i called the VO earlier today for my interview. After the interview, I checked my application status in the MPNP website and the assessment pending status has changed to assessment in process. Does this mean i'm on my way to getting LOA?

No not possible : BC they sent it by local postal services so..

As far as PPR is concerned, it may takes approximately a month after medical.

in case of medical result would be negative and its not possible to cure disease. It will create problem otherwise not.

no matter which visa office is allocate you or not. it is CIC responsibility.

I am sure you will get visa very soon.

My application wil complete its 16 months in October... Still no sponsor interview.. Status is assement pending since April... Dnt knw wht to do??? At times I feel like withdrawing my application... Really frustrated

What you will get after withdrawing your application. At least you have one hope that is will open some day. Don't loose this hope. It is better to write to MPNP. It is my advice.

Did you ask the MPNP via email if they already received your application? I hope so... but you should have a file no. at least which I didnt see in your timeline...
