Guys i have one question finally we get document from employer that my wife is from 1 January on work, in personal history document that we send to Vienna we write that hi is working from 1 January. So now Should we send now the document or we should wait for they to ask ? Someone help me ?

i have applied for MPNP , but, i got refusal on 4th June 2014.

submission of application: 10th July 2012 (manual under general stream to MPNP)
got file number: 21st Jan, 2013

We are writing with reference to your application to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). We regret to inform you that your application does not meet the requirements of the program for the following reasons:
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) assesses an applicant's employment potential in their occupation by comparing their documented education, training, work experience and language skills with the published employment requirements for the occupation in Manitoba.
Your occupation was determined to be Teacher, which is a regulated occupation in Manitoba. To practise in this profession, you must demonstrate that you have at least completed the equivalent of a Bachelor of Education degree. You provided education documents demonstrating you did not complete a Bachelor of Education degree, therefore your education was deemed insufficient to be employable as a Teacher in Manitoba. Due to your low employment potential in your assessed occupation, other assessment factors have not been considered and your application did not undergo a full assessment.
You cannot request a review of this decision, however, you may wish to reapply to the program provided you meet all eligibility and program requirements.

while manitoba authorties process our application(i mean after status changed to assessment pending) do they also call our employers for verification or it is done at later stage...
any of my friend have some idea..or their employer received any call?

Yes they might call to your employer to confirming your employment if they want.
I heard this happened to some people in india. So we never know.

@ Miss Omah, please can you share your timeline. I'm a bit confused with your question as i have not read anywhere that MPNP conducts interview at visa offices.

Congratulations!! When was your sponsor interviewed? May I know how long it took to change your " Assessment pending" to " Assessment in Process". My one is in " Assessment Pending" since August 01, 2014. I have applied on 04/12/13. Please make best wishes for all of us those are waiting for a positive outcome.

CIC Application

Hi Mayoress / Clarence,

I have received an email from CIO with UCI and Application No.
Is this the AOR that i've been waiting for? If so, kindly update my timeline, the date indicated in the email was August 22, 2014.

I uses IM5620 on payment and I have given also a receipt number. I have checked it on my Credit Card and it was not yet deducted as of August 23, 2014.

No further instruction was given aside from "if any changes on status or occupation just email to them".

Also, there is a note there that i might received an invitation letter to attend CIIP about in-person assistance. Have anyone attended it here in the Philippines? Is it free?

Well Anyway, I'm so happy that i received an update from CIO. It was exactly 2 months since i mailed it.

Hope all of us here will soon meet in Manitoba. Good Luck to all of us. GOD IS WITH US....
