if ur mailing address is from canada then with 2 weeks can be expect and if outside canada then most probably 3 weeks at ur mailing address provided.

Yes u can almost sure that u'll get ur loa in ur hands soon. Start working on ur cic application and try to submit soon after receiving loa. Good luck and have faith on God with patience.

How many days or weeks should I wait for the loa? My mailing address in bulacan Philippines. It will be in the post office?

Hi sir. Im from mindoro phils... My loa arrived aug 4,2014.. The loa date was june 30,2014.. But they sent it from canada post on july 7,2014. Hope my timeline helps

I am planning to obtain my Police Clearance certificate (PCC) from Japan as I lived there nearly 6 years. However, the talked with the embassy officials where I am currently residing (Beijing). The Embassy asked me to submit an original PCC request letter from Canada. I found a common CIC letter for PCC which is valid for any countries. Now, I just want to know, whether after MPNP issued some intructions and check list along with the LOA, where they request the candidates to submit PCC to CIC at the time of application. If MPNP includes such request letter or checklist with LOA then It would be easier for collecting PCC from some countries like Japan. Could anybody shed some light on this topic.
