Well, vacation information should be include in the travel history form.personal history most likely design for educations and jobs background. The two different forms are asking two different information. Most important thing, do not leave any "GAPS" within last 10 years history background whether it is for travels or for personal history. Also,you can add travels history in your background, for an example: 01-01-2014, you started a job and you have finished 01-04-2014 then you have traveled 02-04-2014 to 10-04-2014 then again you have started a new job from 11-04-2014, yes these kind of information could be add in your personal history, I do believe it will happen unlikely.
