One more question, how much time will it take to issue after apply.

My application is still under assesment however I am planning to apply PCC so it would not take time to prepare CIC docs if my application gets approved.

Just keep in mind tht PCC should not be more than 6 months old.

Dear Guys, kindly help. We were July 2013 applicant, got an AOR in July 2013. As mentioned effective Aug. 1, MPNP will no longer accept application until 2015. My question is, I have received an INELIGIBLE LETTER last april 2014, due to dual sponsorship by our sponsor. We applied online under GS program. however, the wife of my sponsor is currently sponsoring 2 relatives, FS program. As said, we have to wait until the relative has landed next year, then that is the time we can re-apply again, But as the news came up, how can we apply if my sponsor is still sponsoring his relative(s)???? otherwise, we have to look for another friend for us to be our new sponsor.. another question, IELTS of my wife is already expired. what shall we do on this ? any info about the 2015 plan of MPNP, what is it all about? hope you can give me a piece of advice. thank you, God bless.

Hi gud day... You said your wife received ineligible letter last april 2014... So it means you need another 6months to reapply, and bec of the new implementation,u cant apply again by oct and u still need to wait for their relatives to land. Otherwise,yes, you have to look for another sponsor for re-application by next yr.

From my understanding sir, they want to stop temporarily the applications due to tremendous backlog of applicants..but it doesnt mean that they are ending the program.. If your wife's occupation is in FSW list, why not try FSW program instead? Regarding the ielts, she has to retake it if u want to apply again. Hope shed some light. GODBLESS

In India:

it takes 1 week physically & 1.5 month online

contact to your area police station and ask them for PPC they will issue it within 1 week but it will charge 1k unofficially

Do I need to go police station or passport office?
And, In my wife’s passport, she has deferent address then present (Like she has her parents address) and even her parents shifted to some other place.
So, what should be in this case?

I think one can also apply to the regional Passport Office for the PCC,which is hassle free and prompt in service.

For districts other than the Punjab:

Applicants should contact the local Senior Superintendent of Police/ Superintendent of Police/ Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Police, the Additional Commissioner of Police, or the Station House Officer (Police clearance certificate issued by the Regional Passport Office are also acceptable.

For residents of the Punjab:

Only the Senior Superintendent of Police or the Regional Passport Office may sign a Police Clearance Certificate.
