i am also from winnipeg and want to apply for my parents. is there anyone who applied for parents?? or have any idea how long this process ll take if i apply through general stream (as my father is above 50 bt he is meeting all mpnp criteria )

I am not sure but what I know is parents sponsorship is temporarily suspended. Kindly check CIC website.
