Hello everyone. M new here and m sure you friends can help me out with it. I applied for MPNP in april 2013 and my docs were personally handed over at Winnipeg office and received my File num dated July 31. Till now I have heard back nothing from them and my sponsor has also not got any interview call. There's been this inordinate delay in my casr while the applicants who filed much later have been cleared. Any one have any clue ? Thankyou.

hi munde as i check my ECAS this morning and it change into In process as of February 13, 2014..still waiting for my PPR..

Could anyone guide me plz . I got pr in Manitoba under pnp general stream and I going to Winnipeg first time .

so, Should i bring the prof of available funds($10,000) at the port of entry when i first arrive in Canada or don't need those funds anymore and I can use them??

Hi lucky96, I've read a similar question in the past and the answer is no. You need not to bring 10k cnd, but make sure to declare how much money you brought at the port of entry. I've experienced it when I went to japan that you need to declare the total money you have esp if it's 10k or more.

yes it is valid but if you are born in India after 1989 it is mandatory to have birth certificate.

before 1987 - contact to your nearest Municipality office from your birth place, they will direct issue your DOB certificate

after 1987 - Contact to any nearest notary, they will short it out


it takes maximum 10 to 15 days

i have same problem in Gujarat/India so shared you experience
thanks brother but the roblem is that at first my parents fixed my name as 'A' and registered it in the cororation.Then after they decieded another name 'B' but they did not given information in mc.I tried to receive the birt certificate and they provided with the name 'a'. dob is also not same.only parents name and. the adress of birth place matches.what should I do?

Yup, still no sponsor interview up to this date. Keeping my fingers crossed to have a positive results. Keep in touch. Hope we can all have a get together in manitoba someday.

Hi nav01,

Do not worry, you mentioned that you received your file number in July 2013 although you applied in April 2013, the way I see it, you will be considered as July applicant based on the acknowledgement of your application. I am June 11, 2013 applicant and I am still waiting for the progress of my application.

Better if you could share your full information so that you will be included in our tracking sheet.Please see link below:

Please provide all the information needed in the tracking sheet, example, what stream are you in, Family or General stream etc etc...

Wow Tabs179, share your landing exp. Hhaha. Mine is in trafick. My letter I sent to manilimmigration @ international.gc.ca still no response yet as of this time. EXCEPT confirmation letter that they rcvd my letter to CEM. Ummmmm share forum mates those have any idea.
