I GOT A REFUSAL LETTER TODAY STATING
" You have stronger connection to another province i.e Ontario so we refuse your application"

If I send a letter of review how can I present my case when my real sister n my husbands unncle and Aunt (real ) are in Ontario

If you are going to apply for a review, you will have to present a case how strongly you want to stay in Manitoba. There is a reason why they want the applicants and the sponsors fill up an SP1 and SP2. This is to see how the applicant will want to stay in Manitoba and help improve the economy. Obviously, they think that your SP1 and SP2 aren't sufficient enough to show proof that you want to stay in Manitoba.

Don't lose hope, apply again, they might see how determined you are and eventually will give you an LOA.

Hi can I ask who was living in ontario and who sponsored from manitoba actually m quite worried about my case cos my father in law sponsored me nd I also have two brother in laws living in ontario soo worried

Hi guyz...

Upon checking my eCAS yesterday it was only application received. Medical done Jan. 8 '14, as per SLEC they forwarded our medical results (me & my wyf) dated Jan. 17 '14 but the medical result of our son was forwarded Jan. 27 '14. When I checked my eCAS today its appeared In Process, there are only 2 lines 1. application received dated Oct '13 2. started processing application Jan 28 '14. I don't have any idea when did they received or do they receive our medical results...

I am sorry to hear about this. You may still re apply if you really believe you will be staying in Manitoba and you don't have intention to transfer to another province. You need to have a very strong SP1 and SP2 the next time around. God bless.

I've been told by another member of this forum that whenever there is a furtherance in one's medical, eCAS might skip "medical received" status. Having "in process" without "medical received" status means they have now started processing your apps but not yet completely done/cleared with your medical.

Hi Anabia,

Nothing to be embarrassed about. You may want to re apply but this time sending a stronger SP1 and SP2, or you may want to explore Ontario using the PNP of that province.

Hello

It has already been more than 5 months, still waiting for the sponsor's interview and LOA. We submitted our application last August 29, 2013 but still no feedback from them.

Have you also experienced the same case as mine to all August 2013 applicants?
I think the processing takes a while nowadays. But hoping all is well

I think we are in the same month of application.
We've been waiting for 5 months now...ganyan talaga katagal
