Well, I called them up (SLEC Global) and this is the amount they gave me. We had ours in IOM though..for 5k each.

Hi, Clarence,

Just a correction on my RPRF date of payment, it should be 17 January. Thank you again and again for your commitment to update out spreadsheet.

They take the money immediately, they do not wait until you get an AOR.

Please be patient, people will respond in their own good time. Additionally, please remember to speak in English, this is not only a Filipino forum and English is the common language among us. And if you posted in English, someone has already responded to your query.

Regarding your question, I didn't use a Filipino bank card, but my first attempt also failed because I wrote my address in the Philippines because I am located here now. My second attempt was successful because I wrote the address that my bank in UK has in their record.

What you have to do first is to check the what card institutions that CIC accepts, for example, if you see a logo such as: Mastercard or Visa, then that means you can use your international Mastercard and Visa to pay for CIC.

Now, what you have to do it find out whether your card can be used for online international transactions, if yes, then all you need to do is double check all the information that you provide, i.e. address has to be exactly the same as the one you provided to your bank, so confirm with them.

...hth

Hi tabs179,

Thank you for a quick response. I would also like to apologize on what happened. Anyway, you just said you used a Filipino credit card before on your first attempt, and on your second try it is successful; my question is, did you still use your Filipino credit card and use different address at the same time?

Thanks,
Jon

Depends on the clinic. SLEC charges P5,200/pax. There are some additional charges if they need additional testing, not sure about those.

I had to have additional blood test because I had more than one ear piercing. It costs around 2,700 pesos extra.

Thanks Tabs179.

I think you should inquire from your bank. If you are allowed to pay for canadian dollars.
