If you recall your MR email from the embassy (if you are from the Philippines), there was an invitation at the bottom the email. As I have mentioned in my blog, I only have done my medicals and still no visa yet nor PPR. So, yes, you can attend. Just email them. You can google their website and contact them directly.

Hi,

I applied online.
How to generate file number?

if you applied thought "web6.gov.mb.ca" so they will sure give you mail within 2 hours after upload file. if you not receive file number so u have you check again.

When you longing on website it will shows like below. in case of your file is submitted 100%

"Online Services
You can access the following applications:
AccessManitoba
PNP Online
You can update your login information here.. Please Note: To change any information you will be prompted for your password again.
Logout"

if you file is not submitted So it will again give you access to change you application details

so please Confirm it and as far as file number is concerned so there is no chance generate within 2 hours.

I am not sure if it was dated today or yesterday because I didn't check my ECAS yesterday.

Hello everyone...

I am willing to apply for the MPNP and on the MPNP assessment worksheet my score is 80. I have a friend in Manitoba (Winnipeg) who is ready to complete settlement plan 2 for me........
please can someone provide me the links to new and updated settlement plan 1 and 2.... and also do I have to submit SP 2 with my application when I submit it online or will they ask me or my sponsor to update it later on ...?

If i may ask.. im living now here in israel and iam a filipino national.. can i send my application for pr without any police certificates? Bec i heard its about two months atleast for the whole nbi isuance process in the embassy here.. i might reach my loa expiration by that time.. so im wondering if i could just ff up with that requirement?
